In Ontario, you can’t call yourself a seniors specialist unless you have earned that designation. Those of us with the SRES® designation have attained a high standard in a specialized course on helping seniors to move. This prestigious certification is recognized by both the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.

In addition, both of us (Bev and Keith Beardsley) are seniors. We understand and relate to the decisions many seniors throughout our region must make. We get it, we understand the decision you are making, and we are here to help.  We are not some young twenty or thirty something agent telling you what to do- we have over twenty years of combined real estate experience.
