The Beardsley Team consists of Bev and Keith Beardsley, along with their team mascot, D’Arcy, their Irish setter.
Both Bev and Keith are sales representatives with Century 21 Action Power Team Ltd. Combined, we have over 20 years of real estate experience.
We refer to ourselves as “country agents.” We live in the country, work in the country and love living a country lifestyle. For the most part we work in and serve the many rural communities that surround Ottawa. We operate from our residential office in our home. Located on a main road that runs between the #416 and #417 highways we are an easy drive to most rural communities as well as all parts of the city itself.
While our business takes us to all parts of the Ottawa region, we tend to focus on the many rural towns south of Ottawa and East of Ottawa, all the way down to the St. Lawrence River. This includes Kemptville, Greely, Russell, Osgoode, Metcalfe, Manotick and the communities making up North Dundas. However, we have helped our clients to find homes as far away as Pembroke and Hawkesbury.
In addition to their regular real estate work, both Bev and Keith are certified as “Seniors Real Estate Specialists”.
