The latest sales numbers are out and most of the areas we work continue to do well. For the most part the panic buying of the last year has ended and our rural and semi-rural markets are moving towards a more balanced market. As you will see in the videos, some are still seller’s markets, but bidding wars are fewer now.

I would suggest you look at all of them (They are roughly a minute each) and look at the number of sales (you will be surprised) and the average prices and how they compare to last year at this time (that will be another surprise).
