Long
before we were in real estate; we were just like you and listed with
agents and sold a couple of our homes. And like many of you (statistics
say 64%) we did not have a great experience with the agents we used.
When we decided to pursue this career, we also decided to elevate the
standard of service that clients receive.
We
wanted to stand out from the crowd, and we wanted to be known for our
superior service and for putting our clients’ interests first. To that
end we created our motto which is “We Set The Gold Standard For Customer
Service”.
Every day we strive to do just that.
How
successful have we been in setting these high standards for ourselves?

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
- Your interests must always come first.
- It can never be about us chasing awards or getting a commission. We work in your best interests.
- We
show up prepared to do a real market evaluation of your home. We never
walk in and pick a number out of the air. Instead we back up our opinion
with a detailed report which we review with you. You get to analyze the
same data that we have.
- When you invite a real
estate agent into your home, they are trained to get the listing and
ask for it several times even if you repeatedly say that you aren’t
interested. Some of you refer to that as being pressured or arm
twisting. We don’t work that way. With close to 18 years in real
estate, it has never been necessary, nor should it be.
- Both
of us are certified “Seniors Real Estate Specialists”. Did you know
that in Ontario an agent can’t claim to be a specialist in anything
unless they take a course approved by the governing real estate body? We
are approved by both the Canadian Real Estate Association and the
Ontario Real Estate Association.
