[VIDEOS] Check Out These Two Hot Real Estate Markets: Findlay Creek and Riverside South

The latest Ottawa real estate sales numbers are now out, and they show an interesting and, in some areas, a challenging market.

One of the more interesting urban areas that the Beardsley Team serves is the southern urban sector of Ottawa. We live only a few minutes away and we lived in that south end area for many years.

This section of south Ottawa is exceptionally popular right now with plenty of new home construction drawing people into the area. Overall the communities of Findlay Creek, Deerfield Village and Riverside South continue to show a high volume of residential sales.

These short videos will provide a market update for these communities.
